Plenty of football action this weekend

Saturday, November 29th, 2008

Tomorrow we have two football matches in the Premier League that you just can’t miss.

First we got the Manchester derby, played on the City of Manchester stadium.

Then we got Chelsea hosting Arsenal on Stamford Bridge.

That’s all in England.

In the Bundesliga we got Stuttgart hosting Schalke 04, on Sunday.

In Serie A, a team that is slowly recovering, AS Roma plays on Olimpico with Fiorentina.

And finally in Primera, Barcelona, a team that seems to score at least 3 goals everywhere they go, will now play away at Sevilla, another team that has players that like to find the back of the net more often than not.Maybe a over 4.5 goals bet would be worthwhile.

Whatever you bets are this weekend, I wish you good luck and a large profit.

So far, i consider it to be one of the most useless betting sites i have found.

Here is a print screen with what it contains.A few affiliate banners for online bookmakers and link exchanges with other betting related site.

Ireland scores again for Manchester City

Thursday, November 27th, 2008
Stephen Ireland

Just a short post here about the Manchester City player that just scored tonight, yet another goal.

In tonight’s UEFA Cup match away in Germany with Schalke, Ireland score City’s second goal.

This is his 4th goal in the last 3 matches. He scored 2 with Hull and one with Arsenal in the Premier League and now yet another goal in the UEFA Cup.

Looks like with all the new investors and the new team structure fits Ireland just fine.
Remains to see how things will go for him, after the winter transfer period.

Anyway, would be good to watch out for some bets for Ireland to score anytime in the next matches.

Champions League Logo

Today, another Champions League group round ended.Just one more group round to go ( 09-10 December 2008).

Last night Celtic lost against Aalborg, after having a one goal advantage. That means Celtic are out for the UEFA Cup.Real Madrid managed to take all 3 points in the match with BATE, Fenerbahce lost at home with FC Porto, while Fiorentina did the exact same thing.

Villareal and Manchester need a draw, so they both would qualify for the next round.Believe it or not the match ended with a 0-0 scoreline.

Today, we had some nice matches.

Barcelona showed us once again what a scoring power they have. They won with a 5-2 scoreline against Sporting Lisbon.Shakhtar also administrated a 5-0 win at home, over the FC Basel.

AS Roma got their revenge over CFR Cluj and won 3-1.

Anorthosis achived one more point in the Champions League, with a 2-2 final score with W. Bremen.(By the way, Anorthosis had a 2-0 lead in the match.)

Tomorrow we have the UEFA Cup matches.
